The ClearPath beta program text messages (“ClearPath beta texts”) are operated by Accelerated Digital Solutions LLC, Los Angeles, California, the developer of ClearPath Monitoring.
What you’ll receive
Updates about the ClearPath beta program: notices of new beta builds, testing instructions, and requests for feedback or short surveys. We will not send marketing or promotional messages, and we will never text you about health, treatment, or any personal information.
How you sign up
You join by ticking the optional box “Text me updates about the ClearPath beta program” on the beta sign-up form at clearpathmonitoring.com/beta and submitting the form with your mobile number. The box is never ticked for you, and you can join the beta without it. After you sign up, we send one text confirming your subscription.
How often
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. We only send between 8am and 9pm Pacific time.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for these messages.
How to stop
STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll receive one final message confirming you’re unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START.Help

We use your mobile number only to send ClearPath beta texts and to contact you about the beta program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We keep a record of your consent (the date, time and wording you agreed to) and of the messages we send you. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Carriers
Supported on all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change what we send or how often, we’ll ask for your consent again.
